Bear in mind that the first trimester is a very crucial one and that your body temperature should not reach over 102 Fahrenheit during that time for more than ten minutes. Even after the first trimester your core temperature should still not increase so drastically. Allowing the baby to be exposed to temperatures like that in your womb can cause defects in their neural tube or dehydration if the fetus is older than three months.
